DMC Construction PLC would like to invites competent, Qualified and interested candidates for the following positions.
Position 1: Architect
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in architectural design and documentation.
Proficiency in Revit is mandatory.
Strong skills in 3D modeling and rendering, with D5 Render preferred.
Familiarity with BIM systems and collaborative workflows.
Experience in producing as-built drawings for residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
Strong understanding of building codes, design standards, and construction processes.
Location: Lebu Mebrat Hail DMC Real Estate Building
Position 2: Holistic Draftsperson
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in electrical design and implementation.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (MEP) is mandatory.
Familiarity with BIM systems and collaborative workflows is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems including lighting, power distribution, backup systems, fire alarms, and low-voltage networks.
Ability to manage projects from design to commissioning, balancing office and site responsibilities.
Location: Lebu Mebrat Hail DMC Real Estate Building.
Position 3: Sanitary / Mechanical Engineer (MEP)
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Sanitary, or MEP Engineering (or related discipline).
Minimum 05 years of professional experience in MEP design and implementation.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (MEP) is mandatory.
Familiarity with BIM workflows and interdisciplinary coordination.
Strong knowledge of water supply, sewage, stormwater drainage, HVAC systems, and f ire protection networks.
Understanding of local building codes and international standards
Ability to balance design office work with on-site execution and supervision.
Location: Lebu Mebrat Hail DMC Real Estate Building
Position 4: Structural Engineer
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum 6 years of professional experience in structural design and implementation.
Strong knowledge of structural materials and systems including reinforced concrete, structural steel, precast, and composite structures.
Proficiency in the following software is required:
Revit Structure (BIM & 3D modeling)
ETABS (structural analysis & design)
SAFE (foundation and slab design)
SAP2000 (general structural analysis)
Robot (structural analysis & design)
Tekla Structures (steel detailing & modeling)
AutoCAD (2D drafting & detailing)
Proficiency in BIM coordination tools (e.g., Navisworks) is highly desirable.
Thorough understanding of local building codes and international standards

Position 5: Electrical Engineer
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in electrical design and implementation.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (MEP) is mandatory.
