We are now searching for enthusiastic CSR’s to join our various Departments/ Banking Centers. The major purpose of this function is to work in high-performing teams to make a difference and deliver excellent customer service. This role is responsible for delivering primary level information about the bank and its relevant units, keeping the office appearance and atmosphere, organizing departmental/branch records and correspondences with internal and external clients, and performing secretarial responsibilities.

Position 1: Customer Service Representative (CSR) Program (For Females)
Educational Requirement:
B.A. Degree in Marketing, Communications, SSOM, Digital Marketing, Banking and Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics or related Business fields.
Work Experience: Only graduates of 2024 & 2025 G.C. with a minimum CGPA of 3.25 are eligible to apply.
Responsibilities:
Understanding and applying Zemen Bank standards, procedures, and methodologies to assignments.
Providing accurate and timely data on assigned tasks as needed, including optimal usage of appropriate knowledge sources.
Understand how to develop constructive working connections with co-workers.
Maintain personal progress and knowledge in a specialized sector.
Maintain strong work habits that contribute to the growth and profitability of the bank.
Work independently and under pressure to fulfil deadlines.
A competent team player with a strong interest in the industry.
Personal motivation and drive demonstrated through dedication to hard effort, continual development, and goal attainment.
Carry out additional activities as given by your supervisor.
