TimeX Trading PLC would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following positions.

Position 1: Documentation and Archive Officer

Basic Job Description:

  • Appraise, edit, and direct safekeeping of permanent records and historically valuable documents.
  • Documents can be scanned and stored electronically or stored in a paper filing system.
  • All relevant information must be recorded.
  • All paper records must be legible, signed and dated.
  • Records must be contemporaneous, accurate and kept up to date.
  • Records must be written in plain English and Amharic avoiding jargon.
  • Authenticate and appraise historical documents and archival materials.
  • Create and maintain accessible, retrievable computer archives and databases, incorporating current advances in electric information storage technology.
  • Direct activities of workers who assist in arranging, cataloguing, exhibiting and maintaining collections of valuable materials.
  • Locate new materials and direct their acquisition and display.
  • Organize archival records and develop classification systems to facilitate access to archival materials.
  • Prepare archival records, such as document descriptions, to allow easy access to information.
  • Preserve records, documents, and objects, copying records to film, videotape, audiotape, disk, or computer formats as necessary.
  • Research and record the origins and historical significance of archival materials.
  • Maintain and record company contracts and other important legal documents.
  • Maintain and record important Minute including Procurement.
  • Properly and safely file Company legal document.
  • Issue, receive and take Company Official letter.

Job Requirements

Academic qualification:

BA or TVET in IT Library Science IT and other related fields.

Work Experience፡

At Least 4 years as documentation and Archives officer.

Skills and knowledge

  • To be thorough and pay attention to detail.
  • Analytical thinking skills.
  • Administration skills.
  • The ability to use your initiative.
  • Customer service skills.
  • The ability to work well with others.
  • Concentration skills.

Position 2: Admin and Finance

Job Description

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

At least first degree in Accounting and finance With at least 4 years relevant experience;

Workplace: Addis Ababa
