Position 2: Research & Innovation Manager
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for setting out research requirements and needs that drive better value & accountability.
Responsible for setting out the parameter to enlist competent research agencies.
Responsible for the timely delivery of research reports and recommends corrective action
Responsible for collating and providing relevant data that will assist in the buildup of a Strategic business plan
Ensures all relevant consumer tests (pack, product etc) are conducted prior to any launch
Acts as a project manager for all new launches, hence coordinates efforts across multiple departments for a disciplined and timely execution of projects
Provides a brand health report by taking all external and internal data sources

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Leads the deployment and follow up of a customer loyalty program.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Focused adaptation of relevant Sales and Trade Marketing strategies and tactics to facilitate revenue and market share growth in assigned regions.
Effective management of Direct & Indirect regional sales force and broad assortment of fast growing BGI portfolio
Develop and implement regional channel strategy that will be effective considering geographical peculiarities while ensuring that the regional flexibility is in line with the overall BGI strategic framework.
Drive effectiveness and efficiency at all levels of the trade especially at the point of sales/consumption through excellent outlet execution, activating the focus customer and consumer drivers to achieve competitive advantage.
Develop and implement structured program that will track and respond to the evolving and diversified approach of competition in the country.
Develop and train the human resources in the regions through formal training and field coaching.
Job Requirements
BA Degree / BSc from any Field of Education.
Minimum 8 years of experience

Conclude annual contracts for the category materials and services and secure Management approval.
Execute bids, Create PO and submit for Management approval.

Participate in value engineering projects (value creation and cost reduction)
Collect market dynamics and stay up-to-date with trends and risks of the market

Job Summary
Senior Category Officer Business Services lead the efficient and effective sourcing Machinery spare parts, Utilities, civil works, vehicle spare parts, industrial gas, fabrication consumables, oil, fuel and lubricants -with the right quality, right quantity, delivered at the right time with optimal cost. He/she is responsible to Support Operational Requirements as per the company policy, procedure and code of conduct.
