Position 1: Credit Analyst
Required Education: MA/MBA or BA Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, and other Business-related fields
Work Experience: minimum of Six (6) years for BA and Five (5) years for MA/MBA relevant Banking Experience.

Position 2: Operational Risk Management Officer
Educational Background: MA/MSC and above in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Management, Business Management, Business Administration, Applied Economics Modeling and Forecasting and other related fields of study.
Work Experience: minimum of five (5) years’ experience in financial risk management and related areas.
Duty station: Head Office

Position 3: Financial Risk Management Officer
Educational Qualifications: MA/MSC and above in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Management, Business Management, Business Administration, Applied Economics Modeling and Forecasting and other related fields of study.

Position 4: Principal AML/CFT Compliance

Work Experience: minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in AML/CFT Compliance and related areas.

Position 5: Digital Strategy and Transformation Officer
Required Qualification: Two years banking experience or related experience with a Master’s degree related to Economics, Strategic management, Project Management, Banking and Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, Information Technology Management (ITM), Information Science and etc.

Position 6: Research and Innovation Officer

Work Experience: An experience of two years in banking/Fintech/startups/banking in another financial sector is an asset.

Position 9: Manager, Learning & Growth
Educational Background: MA/MSc in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, Business Leadership, Management, or a related field;
Work Experience: A minimum of five (5) years’ previous experience in a learning and development role at a bank/fintech/startups/airline industry and other related sectors;
Remuneration: As per the Bank’s salary scale and benefit scheme
Terms of employment: Permanent after the probationary period
