Position 1: Senior Sales Representative
Job Requirement
- Qualifications: BSc/BA Degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Sales & Marketing Management or other related field from recognized University.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing area preferably in Automotive Industry.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to accurately predict future sales performance.
- Though understanding of the products or service being sold.
- Deep understanding and application of effective sales methodologies.
- Understanding of market dynamic, competitor & target audience.
- Ability to identify and evaluating opportunities.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure & adapt to diverse situations.
- Business performance-driven mindset.
- Valid grade 3 diving license.
Number of Position: Two
Salary: Negotiable, with an attractive benefit package
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
Position 2: General Maintenance
Job Requirement
- Qualifications: 10+3 or Level III in General Mechanics/ General Electricity/ Machining or other related fields from recognized college or TVET.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years and above hands-on experience in general maintenance preferably in general electricity, plumbing, and maintenance of office equipment.
Skills & Competencies
- Ability to maintain generators, plumbing, electrical wiring, and HVAC systems.
- Knowledge of safety procedures in working with machines and in various work environment.
- Understanding of mechanical systems and ability to diagnostic tools.
- Ability to identify the root causes and solutions.
- Clearly describing technical issues and solutions.
- Versatile and skilled in multiple areas or repair.
- Performing regular, scheduled maintenance to prevent equipment failure.
- Reading work orders, preparing cost estimates and recording maintenance activities.
Number of Position: One
